Simon earned his MBA in his native country Pakistan and started out as a Recruiter with Pakistan’s largest job website. After moving to the United States, he continued to follow his passion in HR and became a Certified Internet Recruiter. He has also served as an English-Urdu interpreter and earned Bridging the Gap certification for medical interpreters. Simon joined CETRA as a Global Resource Manager with more than a decade of experience in Strategic Recruitment, Human Resources, Analytics and Leadership. Simon completed his Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) Certification from HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and got promoted to Director of HR.  

During his spare time, Simon likes to manage a Youtube Channel that he created for his kids called “ZJ fun.”
