Shelby joined CETRA after serving as the Project and Operations Manager with the Northern New Mexico Gas Company. She also previously served as the Executive Director of the Red River Chamber of Commerce in Red River, NM. Shelby enjoys all things outdoors including snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, and camping. She also volunteers regularly in her community and sits as the Secretary on the Red River Valley Charter School Governance Council.
