CETRA supports local, state and federal governments with over-the-phone (OPI), video remote interpretation (VRI), and remote simultaneous interpretation. This includes government agencies, state departments, school districts, and local government services.
CETRA holds a GSA contract to provide translation and interpretation services for government clients with pre-approved pricing and terms.
Our remote interpretation service can be scheduled in advance or accessed immediately through our on-demand service, which connects you with a qualified interpreter for real-time assistance when needed. We provide OPI and VRI services to government organizations in more than 250 languages and American Sign Language.
Our interpreters are professional, experienced, and hold a wide variety of certifications and government clearances.
CETRA can also provide all of the audio/visual and technical equipment you need for your remote interpretation, or we can work with existing government platforms.
