CETRA Ranked as a Top LSP

Common Sense Advisory Ranks CETRA as a 2016 Top LSP

(Elkins Park, PA) — CETRA Language Solutions (CETRA) was recently ranked as the 25th top Language Service Provider (LSP) in North America and the 91st LSP worldwide.  The annual rankings are made by an independent marketing research company called Common Sense Advisory (CSA), which focuses solely on research for businesses in the language services industry.

CETRA has frequently been included in the CSA’s annual top LSP rankings. Some of the company’s advancement this year can be attributed to maintaining its strength in the market research industry.  CETRA currently provides language services for the world’s top five market research firms, as well as many other market research and focus group firms across North America and globally.  In addition, CETRA was awarded a major interpretation contract in 2015 with the US Pacific Command for a prestigious annual conference, and has generated new business opportunities in the government space by adding American Sign Language and CART services to its GSA schedule.

CETRA also strengthened it global presence during the previous year with new hires at its offices in Ireland, Ghana and Korea.

At the same time, CETRA recently launched a global customer satisfaction initiative across its global business units, which reported a satisfaction rating of 4.4 out of 5 from participating clients. The initiative was added to CETRA’s already existing quarterly satisfaction survey.  Both programs are important pieces  in maintaining CETRA’s ISO certification for quality management.

CSA announced the rankings along with its annual state of the industry report, which found that the global market for outsourced language services and technology is growing at an annual rate of 5.52 percent and will reach US$40 billion in 2016.  According to CSA, the study confirmed continued growth of the industry, but found a slight decrease from last year’s growth rate of 6.46 percent.

CSA noted that the factors driving the current demand for language services are global mobile and ecommerce; the internet of things (IOT); and legislation requiring access to language services for immigrants, refugees, in the courts, and for public safety.

We are proud to be a top LSP and ranked among the vanguard of our industry. Our size, strength and customer-focus set us apart, and we look forward to partnering further with current and new clients.
