CETRA Translates DNC Media Materials

CETRA Language Solutions (CETRA) translated the media materials for this year’s Democratic National Convention into multiple languages.  The materials were created for the many international media representatives and visitors anticipated to attend this year’s convention, which is being held July 25 – 28, 2016 in Philadelphia, PA.

The media materials focus on the wealth of attractions, eateries and activities for international journalists, photographers and videographers traveling to Philadelphia during the Democratic National Convention.  They were translated into Chinese (simplified), French, Spanish, German, and Italian for DISCOVERPHL and the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau.

The translated media materials were recently posted on the DiscoverPHL microsite for the national convention.

“As a Czech émigré at the helm of a global language services provider headquartered in the Philadelphia-metro area, I am proud that we can help the city showcase its many wonderful attributes on the international stage,” said Jiri Stejskal, the president and CEO of CETRA.

More than 50,000 delegates are anticipated to attend the Democratic National Convention. City organizers have planned many public events before, during and after the convention for city residents, people who work in Philadelphia, and visitors from across the globe.
