Translating Prohibited

This peculiar sign (which actually says “Interpreting Prohibited” in the original Czech) appears in multiple locations in the Czech Republic  and apparently serves the purpose of preventing foreigners from participation in guided tours for locals, because foreigners are typically charged a substantial premium. I find both the sign and the double standard for pricing really pathetic.
