Fundraiser Update: Initial Goal Surpassed; New Goal Set

Update 3/22/22 — More thanks! We’ve almost reached our goal. We just recently passed the $16,000 mark in our fundraising campaign to support the Ukrainian Refugee Relief Campaign by the International Rescue Committee.

We will continue to match donations, dollar for dollar, until we reach our $20,000 goal to provide support for Ukraine refugees. Please continue to support our campaign!

Update 3/18/22 — Thank you! Your kindness and generosity has been overwhelming and we quickly surpassed our initial fundraising goal to support the Ukrainian Refugee Relief Campaign by the International Rescue Committee.

So we are doubling our efforts, and increased our fundraising goal to $20,000. We will continue to match donations, dollar for dollar, until we reach that amount to provide support for Ukraine refugees.

Help us reach our new goal!

Initial Post 3/11/22:

Dear friends and business partners:

The CETRA Family is international, and we are deeply concerned about the humanitarian needs of refugees in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

As such, we are kicking off a fundraising campaign in support of the International Rescue Committee and its Ukrainian Refugee Relief Campaign. Our goal is to raise $10,000 in support of the campaign, and CETRA pledges to match every donation, dollar for dollar, up to that amount.

Providing support to refugees is close to my heart because I experienced first-hand the Soviet invasion and subsequent occupation of Czechoslovakia, and eventually immigrated to the United States as a refugee myself, with the help of an international organization funded by the global community.

Thank you for any support you can provide.

Jiri Stejskal, CEO of CETRA
