CETRA Receives ISO 9001 Recertification
CETRA Language Solutions announced today that it has received recertification to the ISO 9001:2015 standard for its quality management.
Performance Review Institute (PRI) Certification recognized CETRA for having met the stringent requirements of this international standard, their ongoing commitment to satisfying stakeholders, and their dedication to continual improvement of their management system.

The requirements for ISO 9001:2015 certification include having a Quality Management System (QMS) that consistently meets or exceeds customer and regulatory requirements, as well as having a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the QMS.
The ISO recertification demonstrates CETRA’s adherence to internationally recognized quality management standards and best practices. CETRA is also a corporate member of the American Translators Association (ATA) and follows the ATA’s Code of Professional Conduct and Business Practices. In addition, CETRA adheres to ASTM International’s translation and interpretation quality standard guides.
