CETRA Supports TWB and DAP

CETRA supported Translators Without Borders (TWB) and the Domestic Abuse Project (DAP) of Delaware County in Pennsylvania with donations at the end of last year. The sponsorships were part of CETRA’s ongoing Doing Good Initiative with a focus on programs that are important to our local and global communities.

DAP was founded in 1976 as part of an effort to provide safety, advocacy, and supportive services to victims of domestic abuse not otherwise available within Delaware County, which is located in the southeast corner of Pennsylvania.

TWB is a non-profit organization offering language and translation support for humanitarian and development agencies, and other non-profit organizations on a global scale.

Being a member of the global community is important to CETRA and its staff. The sponsorships also align with CETRA’s core values of Creativity, Empathy, Teamwork, Resilience and Agility.

CETRA takes pride in upholding the diversity that characterizes our profession and strongly opposes acts of discrimination or violence on any basis, including language, skin color, gender, national origin, ethnicity, age, religion, disability, or sexual orientation.

CETRA is committed to maintaining a culture that nurtures healthy, dynamic relationships, grounded in respect, kindness, open-mindedness, integrity, creativity, and enjoyment. The company believes that such relationships with clients, vendors and among our own staff are the key to good business, as well as the personal and professional growth of individuals.
