CETRA Passes Annual ISO Quality Standards Audit

CETRA Language Solutions passed an annual audit of its ISO 9001:2015 international quality management standard certification earlier this month.  The audit was performed by the Performance Review Institute.  CETRA is one of the few language service providers in the United States to hold this prestigious certification.

CETRA updated its certification from ISO 9001:2008 to the current ISO 9001:2015 certification last year.  The current standard follows the same overall structure as ISO’s other management system standards (known as the High-Level Structure), and puts increased importance on risk-based thinking in quality management.

The requirements for ISO 9001:2015 certification include having a Quality Management System (QMS) that consistently meets or exceeds customer and regulatory requirements, as well as having a commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of the QMS.

The recertification demonstrates CETRA’s adherence to internationally recognized quality management standards and best practices. Clients can rest assured that they are receiving quality translation and interpretation services with CETRA, and that the company is dedicated to superior customer service and satisfaction.
