CETRA to Attend ATA61 Virtual Conference

CETRA to Attend ATA61CETRA staff will be attending the ATA annual conference this year from October 21 – 24, 2020. This year’s conference, which is known as ATA61, will be held virtually. The theme of this year’s conference is appropriately named “Virtually Everywhere for Everyone.”

Simon Nazir, CETRA’s Global Resources Manager, will be leading CETRA’s efforts at the virtual job fair, which features opportunities for translators and interpreters to meet with Simon and learn more about CETRA. In fact, we encourage you to take an early look at CETRA’s virtual booth for the conference.

If interested in meeting with Simon, you can apply and email him to set up a time to talk or video chat during the conference at the virtual booth.

Jiri Stejskal, CETRA’s CEO and past president of ATA, will also be attending the ATA61 conference. Both Jiri and Simon plan on participating in several sessions and other virtual activities throughout the conference.

The conference offers 120 live-streamed sessions. Attendees will be able to participate in Q&As, personally follow up with speakers, and switch between sessions just as if they were attending in person. There will also be virtual networking opportunities and an exhibit hall in addition to the job fair.

Let us know if you plan on attending, and we would be happy to connect during the conference.

See you (virtually!) at ATA61!
