CETRA To Exhibit at DVTA Annual Summit

Members of the CETRA staff will be attending the annual East Coast Interpreters and Translators Summit hosted by the Delaware Valley Translators Association (DVTA) later this month.  The theme of this year’s summit is “AI and the Future of Cross-language Communication.”

The summit is an in-person event featuring educational workshops presented by industry experts from across the country. The event also features a job fair, and attendees can also acquire continuing education credits and other professional development benefits.

CETRA will be one of the corporate sponsors of the event.

Presenters at the event include Barry Slaughter Olsen, a leading language and technology consultant and professor, Vonessa Costa, Sr. Director of Quality & Member Engagement for the Health Care Interpreter Network (HCIN), and accomplished translators, interpreters, and other industry executives.

Attendees of the event can:

  • Earn 6 AOPC CE credits (1 for Ethics), 5 ATA credits, 6 Delaware AOC credits (including one for Ethics), and 4 CCHI (6 if Spanish Session is attended)
  • Participate in a Job Fair
