CETRA Receives 2020 Best Places to Work Award
Elkins Park, PA – CETRA Language Solutions (CETRA) was recently named as one of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 2020 Best Places to Work (subscription required). The honor was awarded to CETRA’s Elkins Park office in the small business category.
The announcement was initially made in June by the editorial staff at the Philadelphia Business Journal and CETRA was featured with the other honorees in a special print issue of the Philadelphia Business Journal on July 31.

The Philadelphia Business Journal teamed with Quantum Workplace to identify the region’s Best Places to Work. The 2020 list includes 90 companies from across Greater Philadelphia, ranked by employee feedback.
Nominations were accepted from the public, and employees were asked to complete an online survey.
The employee surveys measured each company’s culture, from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. Responses from each question of each completed survey were compiled and evaluated. Companies were ranked and winners were chosen in each company size category by their composite score.
According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, they received a record number of applications for the award this year and the benchmark was set high for the award recipients.
Along with the award honors, the Philadelphia Business Journal published the following comment from a CETRA employee, which was submitted during the survey process: “CETRA has a great culture and it values its employees. That is the reason why people stay for long-term with this organization. I will continue to recommend my friends to work with CETRA.”
The 2020 Best Places to Work award comes just after CETRA was ranked as a top language service provider in North America by CSA Research.
