A Message from CETRA CEO on COVID-19
To our community of customers, partners, contractors, and friends:
We are all facing a dynamic and difficult situation in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. During this uncertain time, I wanted to reach out and tell you how CETRA is responding to the situation.
First of all, our hearts go out to anyone impacted by the virus, especially those who are sick or have lost a loved one. We also want to express our thanks to healthcare workers, first responders, and others who are working in difficult conditions to maintain basic services to our communities while many businesses are shuttered and people are confined to their homes.
At CETRA the safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, and communities is our highest priority. We have been following the local requirements and recommendations in our different locations to protect our team members and slow the spread of the virus. Our team members in the United States, Ireland, Germany, and South Korea have the tools needed for working from home and thanks to our cloud-based information technology environment we remain fully operational. Translation and transcription projects continue to be managed without any disruptions. We understand that many events requiring in-person interpretation have had to be canceled or rescheduled; in such instances, we have been providing assistance with making alternative arrangements such as holding virtual meetings with remote interpretation.
On behalf of everyone at CETRA, I want to assure you that we are committed to working together with you to navigate through this difficult time. The CETRA team is here for you, and we remain committed to providing quality language services. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
Stay safe and healthy!
Jiri Stejskal, President and CEO
