CETRA CheckPoint™ Quality Assurance Process

The comprehensive CETRA CheckPoint^TM process includes a specifications phase, terminology management, production and post-production reviews, final formatting, and post-project review. Beginning with analysis of the source document to locate possible trouble areas and resolve issues before they become problems, the multi-step process is coordinated by the SuperTeam^TM project manager, who is the single point of contact for the client throughout the project.
